Siera BPM Co. Ltd. ("Siera", "we") is committed to protecting the personal data of everyone who visits sierabpm.com, requests a demonstration, or applies for a position with us. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. When you submit our contact form we collect your name, company, work email, phone number, area of interest, and your message. We use this solely to respond to your enquiry and arrange the demonstration you requested.
When you apply through our Careers page we collect your full name, contact details, nationality, current position and location, current and expected salary, spoken languages, notice period, and your CV. We use this information only to assess your application and contact you about employment opportunities at Siera. Unsuccessful applications are retained for up to twelve months in case a suitable position opens, after which they are deleted; you may request earlier deletion at any time.
We use analytics cookies to understand how visitors use the site — pages visited, approximate location, and device type. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally. You can block cookies in your browser settings without affecting your use of the site.
